About Us

Remediation Express, LLC is a partnership between GOPS Group and Environmental Technology Solutions, Inc. (ETSI) to bring the Hydro-Pro System into other markets around the world. The Hydro-Pro System is the key component to cleaning up Hydro Carbons in contaminated soil. Remediation Express holds all of the patents, trade secrets, and know-how in successfully operating a project to clean up a contaminated site.

Our Team

Charles Fritz, CEO, President
Chas brings over 25 years of corporate business experience to our team. Chas is currently a managing partner of GOPS Group, LLC, a private firm providing solutions and services in the green industry. Chas has a strong background in raising capital and business formation. In the past ten years, Chas has raised over $400 million in capital and has finalized twelve joint ventures and strategic partnerships. Prior to GOPS Group, Chas served as the Chairman, President, and CEO of NeoMedia Technologies from its inception through 2002. After 2002, Chas remained a consultant and Chairman of the company until 2007. Chas was the founder of NeoMedia Technologies after a 10-year start to his career with IBM.

Frank Cole, COO
Frank has been working in the construction, excavating, and remediation industry for over 15 years. Frank is the founder and President of Environmental Technology Solutions, Inc. He has successfully completed over 100 remediation projects using the Hydro Pro system throughout the USA and Canada. Frank oversees all onsite operations for all projects that Remediation Express is involved in. Frank has completed all OSHA Health & Safety training.

Brett Fritz, VP of Global Sales and Bus. Development
Brett has been involved in Sales and Business Development for the last three years. Brett is currently a managing partner (with Charles Fritz) at GOPS Group, LLC, a private firm providing solutions and services in the green industry. Brett focuses on all sales efforts and business development opportunities with Remediation Express.
